Each course is presented in an accelerated format and based on primary principles which provide a simple template from which coaching/counseling techniques can be implemented with ease and to maximum effect, but absent of the complex psychotherapy-based approaches. Additionally, each of the courses in this program establish a “compound effect” in that they build on each other, relate to each other and reference each other. This compounding nature has created a virtual limitless vault of techniques that graduates can incorporate into their own coaching/counseling practice, but do not require years of training to understand or learn. —BG, Canada
